Squishables camping set

During my exchange program at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, I had the opportunity to collaborate with a range of clients and brands, working on window displays, mannequin styling, and set design.

In this project, I collaborated with the Squishables team to design a custom set inspired by their camping-themed toy range. Working alongside my colleagues, we handcrafted the entire set—designing everything from the trees to the sit-on logs—bringing the playful concept to life through thoughtful, hands-on creativity. I applied a diverse range of skills, including vinyl production, cutting, and application to floors, as well as working with foamcore and cardboard. I created designs in Adobe Illustrator and operated large-format printers to produce vinyl graphics. After adhering the prints to foamcore, I used precision knives and jigsaws to achieve clean, crisp edges for our final designs.
